Laurent was 18 when he had an accident that changed his life. His options for care were limited and he was facing going into long-term care until a space A move to another location became “a watershed moment” in his life, he describes it as transformative. This is Laurent story of support through CSS and the personal “peace” it gave him.
Connected carers and ready resources within the Champlain region work in tangent with hospital medical planning to make staying at home a possibility regardless of age, health conditions, or physical challenges.
